From routine maintenance to total restoration. Each pair is treated with manufacturer-grade Saphir Médaille d'Or products and traditional technique.

The highest possible shine. Multiple thin layers of polish patiently worked into the toecap and heel. Includes the Comprehensive Service.
Tonal depth, aged character, complete recolour. Subtle antiquing through to full strip-and-dye work for a pair that no one else owns.
Resoles, Goodyear-welt repairs, heel rebuilds, Topy and Lulu plates. Undertaken by our cobbler with over thirty-five years on the bench.

Wax build-up removed. Suede shampooed. Welts cleaned, waxed and waterproofed.
Specialist oil applied to leather soles to reduce abrasion and salt penetration.
Sanded smooth, recoloured and polished. The detail most workshops overlook.
Conditioners specific to calf, suede, cordovan or reptile, restoring the leather's suppleness.
Pigmented cream polishes feed the leather and restore the colour of every scuff.
Layered waxes for a finish better than new — and the protection that comes with it.

We assess each pair on arrival and confirm the work with you. Specialist treatment follows, by hand, with Saphir Médaille d'Or.
Your shoes are boxed, photographed and dispatched back. Most pairs return within 7–10 working days.
Once you book, we email a prepaid, tracked shipping label. Pack your shoes in any sturdy box and book a free door collection — or drop at any local depot. We insure every pair in transit, both ways.
Most pairs are returned within 7–10 working days of arrival at the workshop. Patina, recolour and full restoration work may take 2–3 weeks; we will always confirm timelines on receipt.
